This year, Human Rights Day calls on everyone to stand up for someone’s rights! Disrespect for basic human rights continues to be wide-spread in all parts of the globe. Extremist movements subject people to horrific violence. Messages of intolerance and hatred prey on our fears. Humane values are under attack.
We must reaffirm our common humanity. Wherever we are, we can make a real difference. In the street, in school, at work, in public transport; in the voting booth, on social media.
The time for this is now. “We the peoples” can take a stand for rights. And together, we can take a stand for more humanity.
It starts with each of us. Step forward and defend the rights of a refugee or migrant, a illegal or unrighteous act, misuse of laws, gender inequality , a person with disabilities, an LGBT person, a woman, a child, indigenous peoples, a minority group, or anyone else at risk of discrimination or violence or partiality.

Starting a major rebellion on Gender biased laws and Misuse of Laws by Women specially in India which is on exponential rise in today’s world I bring this post to showcase how I want to make my contribution for a social cause so important not only in this part of World but most parts and regions and countries. For sure even if you are a female you have a brother , even if you are a mother you have a son, even if you are girl you might have a good friend as in boy, even if you are a daughter you have a father, even if you are a social being you have humanity. Human and Human rights and of most living beings come first . Humanity is best religion and we are definately a dedicated Men & Child Rights Activists but definately it’s Humanity and Human Rights we are taking a stand for. You may choose to take stand for social cause your heart mind and soul calls for. Be a participant and volunteer rather than just a reader at least today or days after on Human Rights Day.
This is a recent story from Himalayas of India in Himachal Pradesh State which showcases a fantastic job done by HP Police by taking unique and commendable actions after recent incident in news which resulted in suicide of a son of a family while a legal battle between wife and son was on in the family in Shimla district.
Police this week arrested the wicked wife and her relatives who by misusing laws were pushing limits of a Man who gave up and they succeeded in forced him finally to end his life in a suicide. But he left enough evidence for culprits in his car and home and this is not suicide but agreement to suicide and if law is not blind and enough evidences and witness’s are produced it may prove to be a murder too with a good game plan.
This Man who killed himself in Himachal is a cousin brother of Priety Zinta A Bollywood actress.
He faced severe mental harassment at hands of his in law’s and morally incorrect wife and circumstances finally forced him to commit suicide. The in laws with the wife who did this henious crime of making a person die deserve serious punishment and definitely there Karma is at stake. The Mental pressure was expected on a Man by putting False Cases on him and even alienating him from his male child and clearly signifies a Cruelty extended on Husband.

Now police is also getting aware & slowly becoming more responsible and just with the rising mental harrasment passed by few women in present times in her In laws house. These typical and cruel humans have a set plan of there activities of false allegations and cases of 498 a Dowry , Cruelty, Domestic Violence etc that too with no evidence.
Police is not only doing job now but also have understood need of hour and have a very clear understanding that these are wicked wife’s who have less respect for there future life and present husband and even elders in new family. The institution of marriage is loosing it’s glory and Men are very hesitant to marry now a days.
Ask many boys in college in these times we live and they will tell you naively this ” Brother it’s a common scenario of every third or fourth family and they say they don’t want to marry soon because of this or even till late 30’s as they can’t find a girl trustable enough. Or they can’t trust a person even knowing for years. And foremost they can’t even take risk of not so stable girls hanging around there circles and do not trust there upbringing. They at first place do not want to take this risk but anyways in last stage they might have to as a family and social pressure builds up. There is no way to check and get all necessary caution of such things as no one will show there dark sides and you may never know all things about a family you relating to. These ill doers before getting ready for a institution of marriage may bluff you well and finally you are at mercy of your luck or there mercy. Which surely they don’t know about and there shreud and cruel World does not know the Humanity as a religion. Only thing they know is being communal and forceful to meet there demands be it money assets land or properties . No.way can they turn back as it’s a way they can’t return. These people will spend all there time threatening you with false cases and spiilimgnyour image in society as they do not have there own and they can go to any degrees.
Not all girls are like this definately and I am talking of these 1 percent which may amount to 50,000 – 2,00,000 cases every year. And even 3,00,000 pending cases in Indian courts per year from past making it 5,00,000 ongoing cases per year including ones from past and conviction rate is just 15 %. The acquittal rate is highest of all IPC cases of this order like 498 a DV etc at least in India. 85 % aquittal rate of these shows how grossly these sections are misused in India and law makers are just watching this menace and politicians are just converned of 50% votes not human rights being compromised.
The trend is to threaten the in laws family and demand land property and even cash money and practise self dominance . If you miss out on one they want to see you in jail and fall in there feet and beg forgiveness. Thanks to the Supreme Court of India judgement that no such arrests can be made by police anymore rather Judge only can give such orders after Police Has given a 10 point challan with there findings and if only a valid reason is found. And this was very important as false cases were on exponential rise in India. They are well aware of fact that if it is a common and innocent family and they are not into fights and such crimes they may give up fast and meet there sick demands. The target is to control a family and get a hen pecked husband which many families will accept out of social pressure and dignity and respect the forefathers and elders have earned.
On the contrary Men & Child Activists like me we fight back the Misuse of Laws and Don’t want to accept wrong. To accept wrong is equal to doing wrong.
Bravo to those men we meet in NGO ‘s like International Coalition of Men & Child Rights Activists ( iCOM & CRC ) who have stood for themselves and this legal terrorism.
No way are we going to give up to this gender inequality and Legal Terrorism it’s a social cause which needs more improvements many have been made but most major ones yet to be made.
About the recent case in cousin family of Priety Zinta A Bollywood actress :
Recently a Himachali Wife & Her Parents were Arrested in first week of December 2016 after Suicide by her Husband ….
False cases and False Allegations are forcing Husband & Parents of Man to a good degree of cruelty . In this case too like 20-50,000+ false cases filed by few females every year and well encouraged and supported by their lying parents and relatives , a false case was filed against the cousin brother of Bollywood actresses . The Man couldn’t take blunt of false allegations and gave up to Legal Terrorism and shot himself dead . Such suicides in case of Men are three fold compared to women in these times not only in India but around the World. It seems Women are going to courts and police stations like going to a beauty parlour without realising that they there marriages become irreparable after these false cases and while spoiling there own life they drag children into controversy and deprive children from love and care of Father and Grand parents which is very important for a healthy growth of child and overall development .
Mostly these wicked wife’s are temporarily supported in this lowely crime of implicating innocent families which they think they can easily get off. But how will there siblings be married and how will they cope with the defame they have bestowed on their own and husband family. Everyone will ditch these women with years passing by there friends there relatives there neighbourers and for sure no one will support this kind of women in long run its a very well ascertained and proven fact which we all NGO’s know from stats of such families. The wife’s of own brother will oust such women from there temporary habitat definately one day. And with rising costs and family and children expenses which they can’t meet with snall Maintenance amounts it’s going to be a more difficult life and moreover they loose all they could have acquired with love and good actions. They loose one family at new place they out present family in shame and they will get sake things back in next family they wish to make. With ego and selfish attitude and dominance in mind they lose every bit of what they could have been proud of. It’s tough society to survive for a single mothers and on that who will ever trust a 498 wife in future relationships initially even of they do they may come to know later the facts and which new cases will courts accept from such women. They are dogging a biggest possible hole in front of there old and new homes and they are first to fall into these holes.
Forget strangers even own family wont trust such ethic less harsh and selfish humans. Definately a dumb man can marry such women but only one who has very low intelligence and easily giving up to false outlook of such women and believing in there lies and stories. Definately this Man also can’t cope up with such rare women and it will lead to another few similar tours to police stations and courts.
Chamukha says a daughter of respectable and dignified and esteemed families are married only once. May not be acceptable to many in present world but ask ones who can tell you truth of being a second option. After this all drama it’s possible to survive only if you kill all bad habits clean your mind and heart and soul with right thoughts and accept that love and care is what makes a family it’s not a business of money and land and property. If not reasy for this change in yourself then it’s failure in every step in.ebery new relationship and above all its a clear life failed for self centeredness.
Rest most of such women may have there share of life from Karma they have earned. They say what you do to others it comes back. So even if some humans around you may forgive you, even if God forgives you after few punishments but no way Karma and it’s aftermath will spare you. Karma Pays all the time and right within this birth.
For time being it may be well brain washed and cultivated into such women’s brain that everyone is there for them but surely with time all will surely ditch her exactly the way she ditched her husband’s innocent family. And even children will come to know facts when they grow up and what degree of respect will they have for such false actions is what time unfolds.
In this case in capital of Himachal Pradesh state a case was registered against Wife and her Parents. The wife and parents have been jailed and police interrogation is on for forcing a young man to commit suicide.The Husband committed suicide as he was mentally harassed all thorough by his wife and his in law’s.
Time is right for more amendments in India’s outdated laws. A recent proof in December 2016 in this family scenario of Priety Zinta in Himachal like many other similar rising incidents. Every year 50,000+ males commit suicide compared to 18,000 females who commits suicide in similar cases of 498 , DV 498 a and others ..lot of amendments have been made by Supreme courts of India since year 2014 and automatic arrests have been controlled however still it is termed by SCI as a LEGAL TERRORISM .
We Activists of Men & Child Rights in India are fighting for gender equality and replacement of words MEN & WOMEN by PERSON and words HUSBAND & WIFE by SPOUSE. Lot of amendments are awaited and some are on way.. The arrest of in law’s of women side in this deck 2016 case is a clear indication that aggrieved families of males should take necessary steps and approach NGO’s listed in links below. They can take necessary steps and Legal advise also and bring these criminals misusing women rights in forefront.. they deserve to be in bars for there criminal intentions and money extortion plans and blackmailing…
Kudus to Himachal Police to arrest such parents of girl and even the wicked wife. It’s a right step towards better India and gender equality . No way give any cash or money or land or property or wife and her blackmailing relatives in any case even if you have to go to courts for next 20 years. Work against this social plague created by few selfish women in modern times . Not by ignoring Not by avoiding but by Fighting Back. We will together bring the culprits to the limelight and even fight for justice forever.
